**Guarantee Declaration**

**1\. Guarantor:** Osprey Europe Ltd registered in England and Wales no. 4881712 with registered address Talon House, Aston Way, Poole, Dorset BH12 4FE, United Kingdom

**2\. Product Description: Osprey Products**

**3\. Guarantee Period:** The guarantee period commences on the date of purchase and is valid for a duration of 30 years with the following exceptions:

**4\. Scope of Guarantee:** This guarantee covers all defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the guarantee period. During the guarantee period, Osprey Europe Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

**5\. Guarantee Services:** In the event of a defect covered by this guarantee, the following steps should be taken:

•             Provide the original proof of purchase (receipt) and a detailed description of the defect.

•             Send the product, along with any requested documentation, to the address provided by Osprey Europe Ltd.

**6\. Legal Rights:** This guarantee is provided in addition to the statutory rights of the consumer under the applicable law. The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by this guarantee.

**7\. Additional Provisions:** Any claims under this guarantee are subject to English law and must be made within the guarantee period.
